Specific roles actively being filled currently - starting May/June 2016:

Our team operate in a fast paced environment in which you would be an important part of a team delivering Mystery Customer programmes to an impressive client base. Team work, attention to detail, good written skills and numeracy are all essential values for these roles. At least 3 positions currently on offer - for any position we would consider school friendly hours on a pro-rata basis.

Experience Crew (also known as Marketing Assistant or Administrator)
Our Experience Crew provide administrative support for our Mystery Customer programmes and are the day to day contacts for our hard working Assessor teams. The perfect candidate is organised, responsive and able to spin several plates at once. Would suit recent graduates who want to get the right start on their career ladder, or for someone with proven administrative skills and experience that is looking for an environment where they will be valued and can really make a difference! Experience Advocate (also known as Account Executive)
Experience Advocates support the Client Services teams and help to ensure that all client programmes are delivered successfully, on time, within budget and to the level of quality expected of ABa. Involved on one large or several smaller clients, Experience Advocates are involved in all aspects of programme delivery. This role encompasses more direct client support than that of Experience Crew. An ability to multi-task is essential, with an exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail.
