Established in 1990, ABa is a friendly family run business and over the last 26 years, the business has grown almost entirely through referral, with its 'family' having grown to 54 employees, and a client list that boasts over 50 leading names in the Retail, Leisure & Financial industries.
The vacancy: Experience Crew (also known as Administrative Assistant / Marketing Assistant)
This role is principally involved with office-based activities and involves the majority of day-to-day Assessor contact. The Experience Crew provide essential day to day support to the Experience Champion/Director; being responsible for the allocation & completion of Assessor fieldwork to deadline, trouble-shooting problems with visit scheduling, ensuring the quality of data passed to clients, and printing & despatch of client results (and other administrative support duties - under the direction of other team members)
There is the potential, for the right person, for this role to develop into a more senior position on the team (Experience Advocate & further.)
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication skills - verbal & written (spelling and grammar)
Excellent organisational skills/ability to prioritise and cope with clients' changing needs
Strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm
Knowledge & competency with Microsoft Office
Pro activity in seeking more responsibility/increase remit of role
Ability to work well under pressure & as part of a team
Full clean driving license desirable (but not essential)
£14.5K to £17.5K per annum dependent on experience
