The all-inclusive fee for this assessment is £200. The assessment involves an in-depth financial advice query, discussing your savings and investment needs and goals and/or discussing your need for protection for yourself and family in the event of death, critical illness, or loss of income To qualify for this advice, you will need to have evidence of £100,000 or more in liquid savings or investments/available to invest (savings etc. and not currently held in property or business investments or in a pension) At the end of the full journey you will have the option to receive an in-depth report detailing financial/investment/protection advice based on your personal circumstances that is worth £300 to £420

The all-inclusive fee for this assessment is £120, plus a £20 bonus for completing the full application within the specified timeframe. The assessments are scenario based which means you don’t need to fully agree to take out the mortgage, but you do need to complete the full mortgage application using your genuine financial circumstance. The assessment can be up to three visits to the branch to go through a full mortgage application.
