The all-inclusive fee for this assessment is £120, plus a £20 bonus for completing the full application within the specified timeframe. The assessments are scenario based which means you don’t need to fully agree to take out the mortgage, but you do need to complete the full mortgage application using your genuine financial circumstance.

The assessment can be up to three visits to the branch to go through a full mortgage application. The following scenarios are available:

• First Time Buyer
• Home Mover
• Remortgage - If your mortgage is on a fixed term deal, this needs to have less than 12 months left on it

If you own your house outright and do not have a mortgage, you could say you are looking to carry out home improvements

If you’d prefer, mortgage assessments can be carried out over the telephone, this could be up to 3 calls to go through a full mortgage application. The all-inclusive fee is £72.50, plus a £20 bonus for completing the full assessment within the specified timeframe.
